I don’t get to listen to a full album of artists these days because I’m too busy to do that.  I tend to listen to familiar songs or those that are recommended by friends.  Every now and then I try to go out of the box of my usual routine.  I tried to put my IPod (Jensen Dean) on shuffle so I’d get to hear new songs and hopefully like it and share it with friends.

But luckily, I got the chance to listen to Train’s Save Me Francisco album.  The first single that they released was Hey Soul Sister, catchy and upbeat.  Perfect song when you just want to be awake, some products in the US used the song for jingles.  Then the second song that they released is If It’s Love.  It’s a good song, too but I don’t like it as much as the first single.  Then I took some time to listen to the whole album then VOILA!

The last track caught me off guard.  I fell in love with it instantly.  Marry me is the ultimate song.  I’m now confused if I have to change my ultimate marry me song from Duncan Sheik’s For You to this song.  Patrick Monahan’s voice just killed me.  The song hit me straight to my cold heart. Ha-ha!  Anyway, I’m sharing a YouTube link of the song and the lyrics as well. Hope you like it.

Forever can never be long enough for me
Feel like I’ve had long enough with you
Forget the world now we won’t let them see
But there’s one thing left to do

Now that the weight has lifted
Love has surely shifted my way
Marry Me
Today and every day
Marry Me
If I ever get the nerve to say
Hello in this cafe
Say you will
Mm-hmm
Say you will
Mm-hmm

Together can never be close enough for me
Feel like I am close enough to you
You wear white and I’ll wear out the words I love
And you’re beautiful
Now that the wait is over
And love and has finally shown her my way
Marry me
Today and every day
Marry me
If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this cafe
Say you will
Mm-hmm
Say you will
Mm-hmm

Promise me
You’ll always be
Happy by my side
I promise to
Sing to you
When all the music dies

And marry me
Today and everyday
Marry me
If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this cafe
Say you will
Mm-hmm
Say you will
Marry me
Mm-hmm
